Classic 4 Plus EMT-24899 Street-Package Details

The source calls this a full street legal package, but it does not provide the physical VIN or serial number, title or registration classification, exact speed setting, windshield specification, mirror list, lighting details, seat-belt information, or completed-vehicle certification. Treat that wording as an equipment claim requiring verification. Confirm the exact 105Ah battery model, charger, motor/controller setup, braking, steering, suspension, touchscreen, backup camera, audio, dashboard controls, USB ports, street tires, rear-seat conversion, storage platform, cooler, and all installed equipment on the physical cart.

What to Verify Before Buying This Classic 4 Plus

Before purchasing, locate the physical VIN or serial number and match it to stock EMT-24899 and the final sales paperwork. Verify the Sky Blue exterior, battery capacity and state of health, charger operation, drivetrain response, braking, steering, suspension, wheels, tires, four-passenger seating, touchscreen, camera, sound system, dashboard storage, USB charging, folding rear seat, storage platform, cooler, body panels, frame, and every installed accessory. Confirm current vehicle and battery warranty terms directly from current Evolution or seller documentation.

If public-road operation is planned, separately verify title or registration classification, licensing, insurance, roadway access, speed restrictions, mirrors, windshield, seat belts, lighting, turn signals, horn, and all locally required safety equipment. A “full street legal package” description does not guarantee lawful operation on every public road.
