The source calls this a “full street legal package,” but it does not provide a physical VIN or serial number, title or registration classification, speed setting, windshield specification, mirror list, seat-belt details, lighting list, or completed-vehicle certification. Treat that phrase as an equipment claim requiring verification. The 105Ah battery is stated, but the battery manufacturer, motor/controller configuration, charger model, and current software are not identified in the listing.

What to Verify Before Buying This 2025 Maverick

Before purchasing, locate the physical VIN or serial number and match it to the sales paperwork. Verify the 105Ah lithium battery model and state of health, charger, motor/controller setup, braking, steering, suspension, lift or ride-height hardware if present, brush guard, side steps, tires, wheels, four-passenger rear-seat hardware, seat belts if installed, touchscreen, backup camera, sound bar, storage platform, cooler, touch start, lighting, mirrors, windshield, body panels, and every installed accessory. Confirm current vehicle and battery warranty terms from current Evolution or seller documentation.

If public-road operation is planned, separately verify title or registration classification, licensing, insurance, roadway access, speed restrictions, mirrors, windshield, seat belts, lighting, turn signals, horn, and all locally required safety equipment. A “street legal package” description does not guarantee lawful operation on every public road.
