Mileage, Speed and Warranty Claims

The source states a dealer-upgraded top speed of 28 mph and references an eight-year lithium-battery warranty with approximately 6.5 years remaining. Those details should be verified against the physical vehicle, battery serial number, warranty registration, sale date, controller settings, odometer, and current manufacturer or seller documentation. The phrase “street legal (where permitted)” also requires local verification rather than being treated as a universal road-use classification.

What to Verify Before Buying

For an accurate purchase comparison, inspect the cart in person and review the final build sheet or seller documentation. Confirm the condition and configuration of the body, roof, seats, tires, brakes, steering, suspension and charging equipment, and test every electronic accessory listed on this page. Compare the physical vehicle with the photos and final sales paperwork, and make sure any removable accessories, charger, keys or storage components shown or referenced are included. Ask for the battery identification label and available service or warranty records. Range, speed, battery condition, warranty coverage and public-road eligibility should be verified from current documentation when applicable.

Confirm the physical VIN or serial number, stock EMT-9030, displayed mileage, battery label and health, charger, controller settings, wheels and tires, brakes, lighting, mirrors, windshield, touchscreen, audio system, seating and seat belts, and current warranty documents. If public-road use is planned, separately confirm registration, insurance, speed requirements, roadway access, and all required safety equipment in the intended jurisdiction.
