Street-Legal Package Claim

The source uses the phrase “full street legal package.” Treat that as an equipment/package claim, not a universal road-use classification. Registration, insurance, speed requirements, roadway access and required safety equipment vary by jurisdiction, so confirm local eligibility separately before public-road operation.

What to Verify Before Buying

For an accurate purchase comparison, inspect the cart in person and review the final build sheet or seller documentation. Confirm the condition and configuration of the body, roof, seats, tires, brakes, steering, suspension and charging equipment, and test every electronic accessory listed on this page. Compare the physical vehicle with the photos and final sales paperwork, and make sure any removable accessories, charger, keys or storage components shown or referenced are included. Ask for the battery identification label and available service or warranty records. Range, speed, battery condition, warranty coverage and public-road eligibility should be verified from current documentation when applicable.

Match the physical VIN or serial number to SKU EMT-25403. Verify the 105Ah battery, charger, touchscreen, backup camera, soundbar, dash controls, locking storage, wheels and tires, rear-seat mechanism, storage platform and cooler. Confirm any warranty terms and road-use documentation before purchase.
