Tao Motor Champ 48V Electric Golf Cart
The Tao Motor Champ is a four-passenger electric golf cart powered by a 48V AC 5 kW KDS motor and a 48V 155Ah lead-acid battery pack. A 48V/350A AC controller, motor-shaft direct drive and helical-gear transaxle provide the electric drivetrain, while a seat-mounted F-N-R selector handles forward, neutral and reverse operation.
The Champ combines a front independent double A-arm suspension with rear leaf springs and hydraulic shock absorbers. Rear drum brakes, 23×10.5-14 tires, aluminum-alloy wheels and an aluminum-alloy chassis form the core running gear. TaoMotor lists four-passenger capacity and a foldable rear seating/deck arrangement for added utility.
